  • ZalVayr reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices are final and include applicable taxes.
  • Delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.

5. Payment

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
  • You must pay the exact amount upon delivery. Refusing to accept confirmed orders may result in future restrictions.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery delays due to courier issues, weather, or holidays are not ZalVayr’s responsibility.

7. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted for damaged, incorrect, or defective items only, within 7 days of delivery.
  • To request a return or exchange, contact us via email or phone with photos of the issue.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued as store credit or replacement items.
