Return & Exchange Policy


At ZalVayr, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • A return or exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Only damaged, defective, or incorrect items are eligible for return/refund.
  • Size exchange is available, subject to stock availability.

🔁 How to Return:

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp (0343 5946904) or email at zalvayr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm the request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process the exchange or refund (as per your request).

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items bought on clearance or sale.
  • Worn, damaged, or altered products.
